The method of reporting is different to the Tmall ones that get released. The Tmall ones are measured by sales volume for each brand within each category. The JD rankings here rank each individual product listing for a brand (and their can be multiple variations of listings for the same product - e.g. sold individually, sold in a bulk pack of 6 tins, etc.).
Seems they are doing quite well though, particularly for their 6 tin listings of various stages (they are currently ranked #1 within the Stage 2 category)
P.S. it probably doesn't help that I don't speak/read Chinese - someone else may have a better idea how to interpret.
