With the currency difference between $NZD/$AUD and $USD - it hopefully should be nicely profitable after costs. This is why so many companies try to crack the US market. We also have a good reputation for clean animal products raised on wide open pasture, which are bovine disease-free. Consumers are evermore aware of the need for clean and safe products, especially for their children. A2 is also the more natural choice, again in A2's favour when being compared with other brands at the supermarket.
If USA profits work out, I'm hoping it can replace the sales we lost in Oz from Asian students. Hopefully we can get back to $8-10 range within 2-3 years and stabilise there, and move onwards and upwards.
Green shoots are growing! Feeling more positive now about this stock.
