So the announcement said Coopervision Myopia control lenses got FDA approval, not their (VTI) lenses.
They just stating that fact that if Coopervision can do it, than VTI myopia control lenses should be able to achieve FDA approval. Hence VTI has not receive FDA approval yet nor have they submit their paperworks in what from it seems.
So in a way, I found this announcement to be very misleading to investors. So be wary guys
