They have been using the new lost cost process for a while. They are moving to new premises to allow them to use this process on a bigger scale to meet demand. With the amount of cash they have on hand, the scale up process should be easily paid for without resorting to debt, and keeping plenty of cash in hand, even after reinstating the dividend.
