Second , CR - good think is we do not know what it is for....another deal like Sofdra? Accelerate pipeline of what we already have ? - I am all for it!!
defend against TO , buying another product while scaling up Sofdra a d our pipeline in next 12 months - that would be fantastic...
we could have waited 3-6 months - True but in grand scheme of things if Sofrdra get 1% of TAM 10 mln in first year and this CR will help us to get there- makes sence !
so, let's go..and Sell now and progress /buy other products ASAP
