not knowing that the active ingredient was soluble in water, although most likely the obvious as you stated, I asked the question. ...simply because the instruction implied I was too stupid to realize that water washes things off.
( of course there was the possibility it wouldnt )
now i know it is soluble. thanks to Moreforme
