Can we stop saying that ABC share SHOULD be higher. If you assume that a market is efficient, and there is a significantly higher chance that it is rather than the alternative, then the price is exactly as it should be on any given day.
You can say that ABC stock is likely to be higher in the future if XYZ occurs, but thats very different than saying it "Should"
