I jumped on BIT on the way up (on the tip of a medico friend who plays the market as well) and sold enough, nowhere near the 46c top unfortunately, to be free carried on my current meagre holding but I don't consider this company to be similar.

If BIT are successful (and its a BIG IF) with their vaccine then the sky is the limit for the stock price. IBX is a different and dare I say a more traditional business model - get the technology proven then make money from building machines and supplying consumables.

I've found management to be very approachable and conservative and am happy to see where the company ends up, may even take some more stock if they throw it out to 708s.
