Ye i cant argue with the fact their financial position is skinny but screaming chapter 11 is probably being a bit dramatic. How many companies raise capital or do RTOs everyday in this game?
Manhattans next goal seem to be to look for a large private company to RTO and list on the NASDAQ. They also have just licensed another of their projects and had already received $500k for the purchase of equipment relating to this licence subsequent to the release of their 10K report on 31/3/19.
Whats more is they "remain optimistic about the commercialization of their two nanotech developments", one being IBX. They funded IBX research and development for 6 years prior to IBX's IPO, suck in over $20m USD. Ye perhaps they did flip yesterday, after 6 years of hard work to get it where it is, but to me it sounds more like they are planning to see it through until commercialisation first.
MHTX was up 135% overnight too, I assume on the back of IBX. Probably would have been a good trade in hindsight.
On a side note, what pulled you out of a 3 year hiatus on this forum?
