I hold SOM and looked up the reference you suggested on the SOM thread about the Oventus device.
Its a crowded market but addressable market is large.
Oventus device to looks have some advantages for some people.
Traction so far (in terms of sales) has been poor, but maybe too early. Manufacturing margin also seemed a problem, which they are addressing.
I am watching with interest though.

looks to have a big retail following- a share price jump of 15% on news of FDA approval (which was always going to happen and expected) shows a little retail enthusiasm!
