Yes the elastic strap design looks the same at the Optima , however the MAD you show does not have the exvent capability or the side tubing built in which I imagine is Oventus IP given their R&D .
The $1500 is my guesstimate the Dentist would charge the insurer , I do not know how much copay the patient would have to make on that 1500 and probably depends on who is the insurer .
