You are wrong on all 3 points above:
IIL did not need to go to the FDA for P2B design, and today's announcement backs that up.
Today's announcement is not vague, it is very specific.
The data from this P2B is overly detailed. IIL have spent extra on getting detailed patient scans as part of this trial, meaning the data is not only more detailed than necessary, but a great deal more valuable when it comes time to sell the company later this year.
If you could just take off your ANP coloured glasses and see out of both eyes for once....
