My guess would be that over the next two weeks there will be more positive announcements to boost the share price. If the stock falls below 2.8c it would be unlikely that they would be able to raise 10 million. Any surge in the price based on news will see the placement oversubscribed. I'd probably wait and see before committing to the rights issue.
