When IMO, Remestemcel-L demonstrates efficacy on a broad range of patents in New York with COVID-19 ARDS their mouths will shut or maybe gape open and salivate lol.

"Remestemcel-L was successful in a Phase 3 trial for steroid-refractory acute graft versus host disease (aGVHD) a potentially fatal inflammatory condition due to a similar cytokine storm process as is seen in COVID-19 ARDS."

"Further a post-hoc analysis of a randomized, placebo-controlled study in 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease demonstrated that remestemcel-L significantly improved respiratory function in patients with the same elevated inflammatory biomarkers that are also observed in patients with COVID-19 ARDS."

These two elements was the rationale behind the FDA's decision and SI's decision to move forward as per the last announcement.

As for these nancies banging on about cost of our MSC's I've got 2 points to make,

1. What is the economic cost to governments and countries if the lockdown precautions continue in the face of this unprecedented pandemic?

Answer: A whole lot bloody more than if those governments understood that there is a treatment for the final potentially fatal stage of COVID-19, ARDS. The cost of Meso MSC's is insignificant compared to the economic loss of these lockdowns to flatten the curve.

2. IMO when Remestemcel-L demonstrates efficacy, the worldwide demand for our MSC's will be significantly ramped up by our manufacturing partner Lonza, driving down cost even further as we scale for mass production using both Proprietary xeno-free technologies that will increase yields and Next generation processes using 3D bioreactors to meet this growth demand.
