Nanoscopes results seem positive but are not statistically significant, even though the numbers look quite good on the surface. Given they are targeting all types of retinal disease and all of our target group it just shows how hard this is at the pointy end , 3 of the 9 got (slight) visual improvement without any drug at all.
lets hope our results can be a bit more dramatic, and positive. Given what we have seen it would seem that we should be able to see significant cell changes after a year (maybe before) of treatment and we probably wont be doing a placebo arm as we are doing the natural history study as I write.
