There should be so much going on right now  ( more than this time last year in fact ) as PBT 434 trial is supposed to be about to go online, results for the IMAGINE extension are due which would coincide with looking at next steps in AD, and Phase 3 for PBT2 HD trials being designed and presented to FDA. Not to forget its probably right to assume PBT2 has been cooking in Tanzi's petri dish for well over half a year now !

Yet this was the first major announcement since the lancet publication in November and it has left us all scratching our heads. We haven't even been notified that the IMAGINE extension has completed and how many made it through to final dose !!

what is going on Prana ? We are overdue on an update on trial progress ! ( completed and planned )
