possibly there is a question mark hanging over the safety of the 250mg dose for huntingtons patients and the company can only proceed at the lower dose tested in the phase 2. Surely the company would consider this dose clinically relevant as they have found some proof of efficacy at this level. if they just want to increase the dose, why havent they told us that, most people would consider it to be good news
