does raise the question - what if a p3 trial is stopped due to safey issues with the higher dosage that are currently untested on humans ?
that would be a right kick in the teeth .. while i encourage more dosage options, i cant fathom why this is being explored now ... i would hope they cover their bases in the trial design so we dont lose what we have on 250mg data, which has been encouraging to date
