I read the announcement as a problem at the manufacturing level which the company has responded to and is now awaiting a response by the FDA, which will take 3 months. The company has not alluded to what these "manufacturing associated" observations are, so its difficult to say what type of hit TLX will suffer today, but TLX will be deep in the red today.
If the FDA does not consider the response to be satisfactory, then they will issue a complete response letter and the SP will go down around another 30-40%. All will be revealed in December.
