I have been curious for a while about the focus of Vaxinia on bile duct cancer though. Why the focus on such a rare form, when Prof. Fong and Ms. Chong have told us they suspect the drug will work across ALL forms of cancer? Is it because there are not many other trials in this space, therefore an easy target? Or is it strategic to fast track in a cohort with low numbers, as this will bring up the response rate percentages?
Not a criticism by any means - just curiosity.
