The truth of the matter is, management already have enough skin in the game for there to be a performance incentive. The bonus shares is simply taking advantage of the 28000 retail investors for greeds sake.

I agree . Dodgy as. While the IP/science at IMU is brilliant, I am not remotely happy with their capital management. I would like to see PH gone. I am not a fan of the way he does things.
