• BB, I feel at times defensive of Imugene, as a parent would feel for their child being bullied at school.

On the one hand you want them to be resilient, as one day they must face that big world out there, however on the other hand you want to walk right up to those bullies and 'smack', them in the face.
Imugene are now showing that maturity that you would want them to, they have studied hard and passed their first exams with flying colours.
They have applied for a scholarship and had that approved and now they are working on their thesis for their essay, we couldn't be prouder.
However there are still bumps in the road, relationship challenges, keeping to a balanced diet and getting enough rest, but they do have strong self belief and have a vision of a bright future.
Will we as their family and their friends get around them, protect them when we must, and allow them to stumble and recover as we all must on our individual journeys?
