The reference to BP in our posts is not to one entity and it is well understood that BP is not one. The reference is made in a generic sense of the many competing Big Pharma entities as BP, rather than spelling that out in each reference to BP. Please have a look at the exchange in that context. It does make sense that IMU can remain as one enterprise licensing out to various competing companies for regional control much like a master franchise arrangement. Clearly it still remains that a takeover is an option in the making, but that won’t stop IMU from pursuing its possible goals.
