Thanks DrDopamine for your earlier feedback. I notice that Lumyna (the new name for the ex-Bank of America Merrill Lynch funds platform) has lodged a new "Becoming and Changing Substantial Holding" notice (on the 18th) and reading through it, it contains details of a "Reverse Repurchase (Repo) Agreement". A quick Google search seems to suggest that this is not shorting, but possibly the opposite of shorting in that there is an agreement to sell the shares at a higher price? Am I reading that right? I know that BAML are involved in loaning stock to shorters, but in this case, that doesn't seem to be the case. Anybody who has some more knowledge on that, and would like to share it?
