Maybe, it depends if Management can start feeding annoucements that the market can see valuable enough to warrant a re-rate.
It was only a few months ago that Lumos released a FDA approval and the price went up say 1500%. There was no sales growth then, just the idea that there will be, whcih IMO, there will.
The bargain time to get in on a stock, is to get in at the low, hold, and then once the company ticks all their boxes and goes to market, sit back and enjoy the ride. Is that going to happen here, time will tell.
