Secondary analysis published after the first round analysis showed it did work. BNC210 works if there is enough of it in the blood.
Enough trial parricipants didn't eat food as required and didn't get the right blood levels of the drug. Skewing the results negatively.
The results where published to market with only first round analysis as the results are important material and all the continous discolsure stuff. Only after the second round analysis (which takes longer to do and is required by the FDA) did we find out BNC210 isn't a total right off.
