I sat down tonite to reread today’s announcement on Prader Willi and I know the company has told us many times that they were extremely happy with NNZ2591 I certainly liked the following statement .Neuren previously announced positive results in the Magel2 null mouse model of Praeder Willi syndrome in which treatment with NNZ2591 for 6 weeks normalized fat mass,insulin levels,igf1 levels and all behavioural deficits .If they can replicate this in the Phase 2 trials this drug has fantastic potential !!!!!
