We now need to add numeracy to your short comings. MSB presently trades at $0.29. That would be a 5.5% premium to its closing price before the ODD announcement.
I do hope you don't practice medicine with such a myopic simplification. It's even more simple an approach to me simply declaring PNV overpriced because it trades at a 17 times Price to Sales ratio....finance is not that simple.
