I raised this with SI at the penultimate AGM (to rocket launch) and he was circumspect with his statements.
The upshot is we remain focused on proof of those products and treatments which are in the pipeline and will be remunerative.
Longer term such as you mention, surely will be in a queue ...
I've never felt more relieved than at the current rise, for all the right reasons.
