I am not as vocal as @Pledge regarding the incompetence of Si, however I do agree with him in the most part, and also your sentiments.
20 years wasted beating your own chest doesn't get an approval if you think you are above the guidance given by the FDA.
That said now, when we get approval, it will be 20 years of research to report which will show that the product isn't an overnight thought.
Yes I am down on investment but not on hope.
There are others that are years behind MSB who are down the toilet in SP price as well.
No approval game over, with approval game on with rockets, if Si follows the Ikea instructions.
