Potentially $18.75m if converted.
I’m punting that if the top line results are positive, and all 12 patients move onto the extension ( we may get news that all 12 have been dosed on extension trial before top line, as given no one has stopped dosing, then I’m assuming it’s simply a matter of formally taking first bloods & readings to kick off the trial ), then these options will quickly be in the money, most likely significantly so.
I’m guessing most will start converting early in fear that BP may make an early bid … and options are not guaranteed to be part of the offer.
Plus, I’d be punting that a few more funds like Merchant will give Michael a call …
Funding will not be an issue if the science delivers.
Great time to be taking a position in PAA, IMHO
