The buy/sell lines have been like trench warfare with neither side giving anything away .... the buyers sticking tight and the sellers trying to drag the buyers up. Sellers set up a strong wall at 12.5 cents some time ago and only today after this wonderful announcement have the buyers started to chip away at 12.5 cents.
The buyers are now starting to meet the sellers demands and the SP is looking favorable. Once 12.5 cents is taken down the sell side starts to open up. Will be interesting t see if the seller with 250k pulls his sell order or not....crazy in my mind to sell out right now
