Throwing the cells at the wall hoping they stick to something.
Looking back through the years how many exciting indications have there been based on small trials, and how many commercial products does MSB now have?
They need to pursue the indication they think the product works on and do the appropriate studies, focus on getting that commercialised and then branch out.
The shotgun approach isn't working.
