Yeah, I hear you. My partner worked emergency for years, even ran one of the busiest emergency departments in Sydney and rarely had the opportunity to reply to work emails or phone, let alone internet forums - slept all day exhausted after night shifts with little complaint to her credit. She now runs hospitals and literally its often a proverbial sh*t sandwich between managing some of the more overtly egotistically driven mistakes from prima donna Doctors and the more overtly inept or lazy nursing staff.

The 'real world' that the rest of us know nothing about....
