I agree, anyone with any experience in research knows how long these things take.
It's promising stuff, but don't go betting this will get MSB out of any medium term financial issues.
Or that the next trial will even be successful - remember Covid ARDS? Remember how I cautioned people to not get too excited? The same suspects that are here now were sure it was a matter of time before riches?
