Pledge I am befriending no one. I asked you why they did not offer the entitlement offer to Meso holders. Dolcevita happened to answer the question fo you. The regulations put in place by the securities and exchange commission make it a long and drawn out process. (For example a prospectus must be lodged and the shares registered) This takes time and money and is the reason most ASX companies don't do it. If the number of shareholders is small its just not viable. Nothing to do with making friends. Good luck with your investments.
