Management doesn't have a window into the illogical and inconsistent thinking of various parts of the FDA that have little or no coherence.
The FDA is working on that as they have publicly acknowledged.

Let's get a sense of proportion, or are you wanting to capitulate regardless of what is staring you in the face?
