You didn't once mention (or I suspect consider) the re-evaluation of either MSB's IP, or likely change of attributed probability of commercial execution by MSB with the FDA on this designation, used by most analysts in DCF valuations or the like...that's why the price is jumping. Only the most ignorant think the price jumped for any other reason.
MSBer's are generally some of the most informed retail investors of FDA regulatory processes and procedure, from their sheer suffering at the inconsistency and complex ambiguity of it.
