We know who to treat for best outcomes. So no, we would not be back to the start , a very long way from it.
Ask your self, why so few , if any MSC P3 trials in the US ? Plenty of indications are out there, huge number of very good P1 and P2 results. Even in Covid 19. Even the big research groups seem to be going away from MSC's.
Why ? Could it be that everyone other than MSB sees the USA as unfit for investor dollars?
