'Recruitment of 300 PC patients in 2 years.' - I don't think so.
20 pts in two years for the initial safety study would be about right. Plus the 52 weeks post last recruitment, would put a data point into 2020.
I'd like to see any evidence of a radioactive implantable medical device being able to recruit for a phase 1 at much above the 20/50 in a two year period.
