Whats disappointing here is that the MD has failed AGAIN in the US for higher dosage on the IND. Yes we hopefully do have something to look forward to but his failure last time at higher dosage levels is a concern.
This I thought would have been mitigated by the further trials here at higher dosage levels but still the FDA wasn’t convinced by what the MD has provided them.
And all this happening right at the end of a Rights issue.
The Chairman has to be querying the future of the MD and if not, Why not.
