Agree
Negatives include
1) 6 months of revenue (if it was approved)
2) The world ain't in a good state at the moment, if we have a correction, PE ratios will drop and investment in startups and reductions in share prices may well be amplified. Hopefully that wouldn't be the case for BOT
3) In the event of 2, valuation for a takeover could be less.
Just sayin!
