I think you are a bit unfair to the team at Invion. The simple facts are that the trial design was, in fact, approved by one division of the FDA. For reason that are obscure to me, the FDA choose to move the trial to another division. This new division put a "hold" on the trial. This does not seem to me to cast any reflection on the competence of the Invion team. It is just one of the frustrations of dealing with a bureaucracy.
