This was an update late in the US day, that Silviu and co. clearly scrambled to clarify, undoubtedly via lawyers (hence the relatively non-committal language) and a pause in trading. We will no doubt get further clarification in coming days, hopefully in more formal settings - SI has arguably been guilty of flapping his gums too much on MSB's prospects in less formal settings and will have learnt his lesson.
