MSB has been controlled/manipulated for years.
News should dry up for a while 2-3 months (with only a partnership announcement on the cards, to effect the SP greatly, if it happens). If my guess of news drying up is correct then a retrace is likely. To 40c? Maybe. If there is a tree shake, it could get to near 30c, but that is pure speculation.
Before FDA approval (or bust), the SP is likely to be continue to be controlled. Watch for increase in shorts - they have never been wrong in the past.
