You want to put millions of cars on the road that have no 3D perception (i.e. LIDAR), beyond that generated artificially by algorithms, in 2 tonne cars on the road and do trial and error operating system releases like mobniles phones, fixing glitches on the go as they arise, as caused by automated driving systems that are level 3 (of 5) at best? Yeah, go for it. You want to shove a chip in a man's brain with little professional medical consultation? Be our guest go for for it:
