Well you could easily say this is just recovery to a realistic price range for MSB as it traded between $1 and $3 for many years when sentiment was more positive.
Sentiment is now more positive again that MSB are working with the FDA and the FDA seem supportive of their their plans and products again. 9 months ago that was all in doubt and now it is not so much in doubt.
So if investors could detect the change of sentiment by the FDA was occurring 3 to 6 months ago then buying at 30 cents area was potentially a wise move.
Recovery had to occur from 30 cents with FDA being seemingly more supportive through the MSB announcements.
Well you could easily say this is just recovery to a realistic...
