Having serious capital on hand strengthens your negotiating position with potential partners.
I totally support the CR move. There are steps which could in retrospect be seen as clumsy or naive, but overall the company has been conservative in shoring up against hostile takeover. GG's involvement has been fantastic and probably also an outcome of talks with Jane B and Sylviu I.
We will have a massive show of SP strength with the approvals. Strapped in here ready even for unexpected turbulence, because God knows we've had a lot of that in the past.
