I also think there has been a significant change in the way announcements are been made. This was fairly obvious during the last CR. The PR was very basic and no sighn of the usual over promise and under delivering. MSB could say until the FDA accepts and sets the PDUF date the submission is not final and hence no need to report. This in my opinion would be smart. This would give MSB the opportunity to fix a problem with the application and still meet the markets expected time frame of this quarter. Once announced as lodged any rejection would need to be announced before trade. We would be back to sub 30 in no time.
