I guess the question is do PAA have the final report and prior to any announcement how many days would they need to review it before issuing the announcement.
So as we don't have a trading halt atm it appears report not yet in the hands of PAA.
So unless the report was delivered over the weekend then at best delivered Monday, trading halt called Monday or Tuesday and announcement Wednesday or Thursday
